Nichola has an extensive commercial and financial background, spanning over 20 years and is Chief Executive & a Director of Worcestershire Football Association.
In her spare time, Nichola is an active referee and a member of Kidderminster Referees Association.

Colin Mortiboys
The organisation is the brainchild of Colin Mortiboys, who as founder, has led the project through to it's successful launch in 2018. Colin has worked in the Automotive industry for many years, managing business development, sales & marketing.
Colin's background with grassroots football is extensive, with over 35-years experience in both adult & youth football. In his spare time (if there is any!) he enjoys photography and is a West Bromwich Albion supporter.

Daniel Ellis
Dan works in finance as an Accounts Manager and is Chair of Worcestershire FA Youth Council.
In his spare time, Dan is a Referee and member of the Refereeing Centre of Excellence. He also supports Sheffield United.

Luke Bowles
Luke is a Senior Football Development Officer at Birmingham County FA. In his role, Luke focuses on the Mini Soccer and Youth Male element, as well as our Charter Standard Clubs and FA Coach Mentors.
In his spare time, Luke is a referee and has also played for several local football teams.
